Founded in 2000, Mecanic Sud Services is specialized in the maintenance of equipments and mold for glass industry.
Installed on the client’s site or in M2S workshop, M2S’s teams are mobilized 24/7 to propose continuous service to it is customers within drastic security targets.
Our Customer
Manufacturing
Our teams are trained to change all the parts requested to manufacture a type or multiple types of bottles with a quick turnaround (average 45 min for this task) in order to start a new manufacturing (change from 75 cl. To 150cl.). It the Glass industry it is called “a change of manufacturing” or “a change of series”
Cladding
We add fusion metal to repair or create a part before machining.
It can be used on new or repair parts such as :
- Mold,
- Baffle,
- Punch,
- Washer …
Precision fit
After mold analysis, the worker aligns and fit the assembly together. It sometimes requires cladding on defect area when material is missing.
The worker the verify the fitting precisely to avoid any future fluid leak during process
Cleaning
Before any repair or machining, all parts are sand blasted in house to clean them and remove all impurities and grease
Machining
Manufacturing by turning or milling of parts after cladding using 2 CNC of CAZENEUVE and FEELER brand.
Thanks to these machines, M2S can correct the mold positioning and their glue and baffle machining.
M2S can also machine quality control gauges in this cell.
Quality Control
Quality control on dimensional and visual aspect for all new parts received and for repaired parts
M2S manufactures gauges for the molds in order to perfectly measure their internal volume. It supports our customer to adjust the glass injected quantity and avoid wastes.
M2S can also do impressions of the molds (B.A.D)
